Q2. Could you please tell me if the bars of this cage are powder-coated, plastic-covered or painted?
A2. Answer from the manufacturer “these cages are all powder coated”
Q3. Does this cage have a wire floor/ grill on the bottom of the cage to keep the bird from walking on the slide-out tray?
A3. Yes it does, the wire floor forms a part of the cage to enclose the area joined to the front back and sides, with the removable slide out tray below it.
